As requested I started a piece today based closely on a previous painting of a herd of stags. This one was to include poppies. The finished product was quite abstract, after I started with a different intention. Along the way I took a few pictures (bad quality… using an Iphone camera..) Here is the process in pictures 🙂

Here I outlined the basics, found where I wanted the deers to be positioned and set the base tone.
